If you had to hunt and kill your own meat would you do it ?

I couldn't. Absolutely not. But then, I don't really eat meat.

I would but I'd possibly start eating more veggies and gathering them.

I already do. We eat elk, deer, moose and fish. Montana is very abundant in wildlife and the area I live in is very rural--it is a way of life here in the west....

I would totally do it. Hunting is something that my family does. It's an important survival skill that I don't use often, but I would use if I had to. Plus the meat would be better than what you get in the grocery store or at McDonnalds.

no way. if my life depended on it i might be able to kill a fish, but i'm not sure. I could probably eat bugs if i had too to survive, lol. Killing anything would take away my denial, and without that bit of denial i couldn't eat meat. if i allowed myself to think about it too much, i wouldn't even eat meat now, that's why i can't eat anything with bones, and rarely cook meat. I"m more likely to eat boneless meat at a restaurant, or if i'm cooking at home it's something precooked. seeing raw meat, or meat on bones upsets me.

If I had to then I guess I would but I'd probably just go for the berry type situation that others have mentioned.

My little bro goes hunting regularly and brings back all manner of animals, which we all eat. Squirrels and doves mostly though. I've thought about going with him a couple times, so yeah I could do it.
