What's more important in your makeup routine: eyeliner or mascara?

I'm not a makeup person. I prefer natural.

Mascara, for me.

I never leave the house without under eye concealer (consider myself a collector/addict trying to find the perfect concealer) and mascara. Anything on top of those two is just extra.

I don't really wear makeup. If I didn't wear glasses, I might get some concealer for the pregnancy mask that never went away around my eyes, but my glasses conceal it quite well.

When I go out of my way to actually wear it, I use concealer, a tinted moisturizer, powder, shadow, eyeliner, some blush and lipstick.

But that is VERY.RARE. that I will do that. I think the last time I wore makeup was January or February.

Eyeliner. If I'm careful enough, I can give myself the thick black lines around the eyes line a anime person or an egyptian looking look.

Some times I just wear mascara, so I'd pick that over eyeliner, but I like them both together
