It's pretty sexy, but not really /sexual/. I mean, she's not selling sex. It's hardly any different than pron, I would think. It's sexual, but not sex.

I voted other. If she is trying to have a business like that, I am sure she needs permits that are similar to running a Strip Club. I think that her business is just as sexually oriented as a strip club and they need special permits. She should have investigated what she needed before starting such a business.

But another part of me says that the naked form is not a sexual thing unless we MAKE it a sexual thing. Our naked form is beautiful and wonderful. And besides that, if they're not doing anything sexual, is it REALLY a sexually-oriented business? This is a tricky subject, indeed.

if it was not sexually oriented, why does she need to sell it with her being nude? I know alot of people like to overthink things, not sure why. But if this had nothing to do with sex (not that she is selling sexual favors), she would not be doing it nude.
