I like them all, just depends on the place and my mood. My fav is hand tossed cooked in a brick oven. My man likes thin crust ALWAYS. While I like it, some places don't do it well and it tastes a lot like crackers. No real flavor, dry and hard.

I like all kinds of crusts, so long as they are hand-made and not processed. I enjoy hand-tossed, as well as thin and crispy; but I absolutely LOVE deep dish with its crunchy outer shell.

Thin, mostly--my crusty days are over. I like the crispy-ness of thin, too.

I am all about thin crust! I've never had a big appetite, so I like that I can eat more pieces with less crust to fill me up so quickly. The cheese & pepperoni are the important part!
