Ladies...Does a windy day deter you from wearing a loose fitting dress or skirt?

We're having 40 to 50 mile an hour winds here and this question just came to mind. With high winds comes the possibility that your dress or skirt might be blown up, exposing what you normally keep private. Does high winds deter you from wearing certain clothing?

I remember as a teenager going to church and there were horrible winds. My skirt flew up as I was about to enter the church. .. from then on I wore jeans on windy days!

In that kind of weather, ANYTHING drape-y is not an option. I'd only wear a pencil skirt if I absolutely had to, like a formal wedding.

Nope, I wear them all winter long, in Canada!

Too cold! If I do decide to brave a skirt it's only with leggings or cable cars.

Yes but wish it didn't so much. I like the rush of knowing someone might notice a little bit. I don't usually wear panties but I do when I'm wearing a dress or skirt because I like them shorter. I pick out a sexy pair that shows a little too.
