I guessed 4" but it's likely deeper when I'm aroused. I know I'm pretty shallow and even when fully aroused I'm really bothered by having my cervix bumped.

Mine is about 8" to 8 1/2" my husband is about 7 1/2" to 8" fully erect.

My husband is over 8" erect, and I am deep enough for that. Not much more than that I don't think. I don't currently have any toys that size for more accurate measuring though.

I've never measured it. I know it varies. If I'm not fully aroused, and we're playing with toys, the dildo barely gets in and can just fall right out. If I'm fully aroused, we can get a fairly large one in almost to the controls or the end. My husband's a pretty big boy and I am used to his size for years, so I wonder if my body just adjusted to that when I was younger and is used to increasing length and width for whatever is available.
Vaginal depth and width are not static. Arousal, where you are in your cycle, and other things all have effects on both.

Non aroused like 4-5ish, but I get a lot deeper when aroused. The biggest guy I've been with is 10 inches. He ends up pounding my cervix, which I had to get used to, but I'm not sure how far in he actually gets.
