So I was thinking the other day (I know scary, huh?) I have all these thoughts and questions that I would like people's opinions on. Cant really post on FB cuz well, some probably aren't approperiate. ; )

I think Im gonna start posting discussions and call it "Let's be honest..."

Like I posted one a few days/weeks ago about not liking children very much. Its just my personal opinion and just curious to see if others agree.

Honestly, I LOVE children. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a while now, even before the wedding, and it's not happening for us. Now I'm not able to have children until I get off this medication for about 5 years. My uterus is in good shape, I guess it's just not my time to have a child.

Do you blog? Because that sounds like it would make a great idea for a blog too! I don't blog, so I guess I'm not the best judge, but it seems like it would be a good idea for one. You could even combine your discussions here with your blog entries. It seems like it would translate well.

That's a great idea indiglo! There's nothing wrong with posting ideas and stuff here, but having a blog to go back and forth with is great too!

I'm luke warm on kids. I'd like to have them some day, but I really don't like the idea of putting up with potential little me's running around. I was a horrid child because I was bored all the time!

I want a baby so bad. I lost my son to Stillbirth almost two years ago, but I'm only 19 so I still need to wait, but I have baby fever so bad. But alas I want the best life for my baby, so I guess I'll wait!

I don't mind some children, one in particular I love to death, my God daughter, she is 3 now. There is a 6 year old I think is adorable. But for the most part, I'm with you. They are loud, messy, disrespectful, a pain in the butt. My guy and I are on the fence about wanting kids in the future, because our main problem with kids is that we want to "live our lives" the way we do now, have our freedom. SOME parents, like the mother of my God daughter can manage to have both their freedom and their kids, by raising their kids to live in the freedom with them! But that isn't always easy for everyone's situation.

Another reason I don't particularly like most kids is when you go out and about parents you run into don't like to teach their kids to settle down. I never acted like that in public so I don't like seeing other kids do it. The running around the store crashing into people, etc., it's annoying. And the screaming? It's probably the parents I dislike, but it shows through in the kids.
