I LOVE extra extra sharp cheddar. If my taste buds don't feel like they're being ripped off, it's not sharp enough.

The type of cheddar depends on what I'm using it with. The really sharp cheddar that I can't eat plain, is actually very effective in cooking, so I chose I like all cheddar. But my overall preference is for milder cheeses when eating by themselves or with crackers.

I can't handle sharp or extra sharp cheddar anymore. I really like mild though.
