Willingly? I'd say somewhere around a day. Even when we go on vacation we still bring our laptop with us.

When I fell into a really deep depression about 3yrs ago I took a 3mth internet break. once I got back online I stopped using message boards, and didn't share as much of my personal information online.
I only just got comfortable enough again to participate in board and blogging, But I avoid drama and cliques for my own mental health.

I typically try to avoid it on the weekend. I have been on vacations where I've avoided it for longer periods of time.

In my last apartment I chose to go without internet service since I could use it at work or my parent's house. Every weekend and sometimes longer, I went without internet and didn't mind it in the least. It's nice to unplug sometimes.

On days I go to school and work I'll be gone all day, but I'll usually check my email from my phone...so I guess that doesn't count.

During the day I don't go for more than an hour, during the night, no more than 4 hours.
I had to choose 3-7 days though because of camping. I have, and can go without it.

Three hours maybe to watch a movie or go to a concert. Even then I usually check the internet on my phone at least once or twice. I'm either on my laptop, my phone, or my iPad from the second I wake up from the second I go to bed. I'm very on the grid.

Willingly....MAYBE 2 hours.....I am an internet addict. Truly! I sleep, but only because I HAVE to, and even then, I wake up to go online sometimes. I have been forced by Master to be offline for as long as a week, it was worse than being whipped!
