I waited all day for my package was so excited and it never came. I hate free shipping ups ships it to my local post office it been there since yesterday morning thought it would come today as it says on ups site but never came. this ever happen to anyone?

Every single parcel.
I live in China. Yet the tracking site for USPS says my parcel had been successfully delivered, but to Atlanta, USA.
Sometime the tracking is updated before the people at the counter or computers know about it. And sometimes the tracking is not updated quick enough.
I don't know what it is like for those living in the States, but for me, when USPS tracking says that it has been "delivered" it does not mean it was delivered to me, but delivered to the district or regional post office. And sometimes just means it was delivered to Hohhot post office and still needs to make it to my city.
The only thing I can suggest, is wait another day or possibly two and call in.

I have had it happen a few times when a parcel gets scanned 'delivered' but is REALLY delivered the next day. We think that it's because the post man is rushing to get home early and doesn't think he'll get in trouble. This actually happened with my first ever package from Eden!
If the site says 'delivery confirmed' I'd give it one more day, and if it doesn't come in with your mail tomorrow I'd give them a phone call. Good luck!

I hate that! The last town I lived in it happened EVERY TIME! It said 'delivered,' but really came the next day. Give it another day and then call if it doesn't show up tomorrow. sooo frustrating!

Big hugs, I am sorry you are dealing with this. I haven't ever had this problem I was expecting two packages tomorrow but one came today an the USPS site said that it had only made it to my local post office, nothing about being out for delivery. When I woke up from my nap my mom told me I had a package in the living room. Like everyone else suggested give it til tomorrow an if it still isn't in call or go up to the post office.

Man, I hate that. More often though, I'll check the tracking and it'll say it was delivered AFTER the post office is closed for business. This always kills me since the post office is right across the street from me, which is why we have a PO box. So close, yet so far.

UPS and USPS have the right to hold any package for 3-5 days. If you don't receive your package after that period of time, then you submit a support ticket and the staff will make sure you get your order.
