Celebrating my first decade in China last summer!!!!!! I am completing my eleventh year in August and am starting twelfth!!!! How fun!!!!

My milestone is that I survived my first year in my major. It was really tough and I almost didn't make it, but I pulled through and I'm very proud of myself.

Last year I got my GED, that was something I felt really insecure about and I finally did it! Now, I need to work on getting my driver's license. I have my permit now..will hopefully be applying for the test sooner than later.

Graduating from college and getting my first job. My goal now is to move more into a career and find stability in that aspect of my life.

my next personal milestone is to buy a house. I have been dreaming about it for years!

I didn't graduate high school. I didn't have a lavish wedding. I didn't go to college and I never went to prom or anything like that. Just isn't my thing, I guess.
Growing up and maturing has been the most rewarding milestone of them all. I remember the first time I really felt empowered and I'll hold onto that forever.

Making it on my own. I moved out of my parents house directly after high school with only two duffle bags for belongings, no money, no job and no idea how I was gonna do it...but I did.
