I like Pirate clothing myself I think that's why I prefer them. That an only a Pirate can have a mouthy bird, Ninjas would eat the bird probably silently.

Easy - just type 'erotic female ninjas' into an image search engine. (You will also have luck with 'kunoichi', which is a class of female ninja.)

None of the results particularly stuck out. I'm more curious about photos of women doing R-rated and X-rated cosplay rather than pictures from manga and anime.
