I tried it once as a birthday present to a friend. I was always the one who opted out but hung out with everyone else smoking and they wanted to get me high. I didn't get high at all and was pretty unimpressed. But I like the smell of some high quality pot.

Most of my friends and acquaintances in college did, so I tried it. Got a headache and never tried it again. That was 18 years ago. As was mentioned in another post some people can probably handle it, some cannot, and those would be the same people who are stupid when drinking or doing anything else.
I have no problem with legalizing it, and in fact would openly support it if it wouldn't get me in trouble with my job. Properly regulated and monitored it is less dangerous than alcohol and I think would add quite a bit to the economy-the first thing I would do after legalizing it would be to buy stock in every snack food company out there!! lol

I used to smoke at least 2 times a week when I was in college, oddly enough it made passing my math and philosophy classes much easier. I carried a 3.5 and 4.0 GPA during those times. Nowadays I only smoke every once in a while, mostly for the horrible cramps and back pain I have due to endometriosis. The painkillers PRESCRIBED to me cause me to get sick, throw up, depressed, and angry. Funny, an illicit drug has little to no side effects on me while helping ease my suffering- while a prescribed med almost kills me.

Honestly, I think alcohol is a lot more harmful and I rarely drink because of this.

I recently tried it for the first time with bf who smokes all the time simply out of curiosity to see what the big deal was all about( something I have said in the past I'd never do)it was an interesting experience and OMG sex after smoking is fantastic everything for me is heightened- no pun intended lol sex with him is always incredible and it was crazy while being high if felt like there were 5 of him

On occasion. It makes me super anti-social so I only ever do it alone or with my man. It makes me very nonsexual though, I wish I could experience the awesome stoned sex everyone talks about Last time we tried to have sex stoned I almost had an anxiety attack - it felt like being forced to do something I wasn't ready for yet, if that makes any sense. We were making out and snuggling, and that was fine. But as his touching got more sexual, I got more tense until my body was just yelling, "Stop!" when he went for my underwear. Bizarre. I have no history of sexual abuse or anything, so I was puzzled but also very curious in a sort of detached way.

I would and have. It helps with my insomnia and anxiety. Plus I am more creative and get more accomplished when smoking. To me it is not really a drug but a medicine. A good medicine made by God and not a laboratory. It makes sex wonderful as well since it totally relaxes you. Wish I had some right now

I used to on quite a regular basis, especially when I was living with some friends that smoked every day. Then it got to the point where it was interfering with my relationship with my sweetie. And while he didn't ask me quit, I had a feeling that if I didn't, things wouldn't work out. So I made that gesture, to show him that I cared more about him than getting stoned. It meant a lot to him too.
