Our local Walmart actually has great fresh produce. I would say it's better than the veggie stands around here. (I live in a small town, we don't have a farmer's market.)

I love farmer's markets. If I had the money, I would do most my shopping there, but when it's not open and I need something, I'll go to walmart.

farmer's market their fruits and veggies seem to always be better my local stores sell hard an "orange" tomatoes I prefer farmer's market stuff

I do love my local farmers market but Saturday mornings aren't always convenient for me so I shop at Wal Mart for produce most of the time.

Farmers market when they are up and going. Walmart is the last place we buy produce. Most of what we have purchased at our local Walmart looks and tastes like it has been frozen.
