Public restroom hygiene - when using a public restroom, how careful are you?

I usually pull the stall shut with my bare hands. If they have the toilet seat covers, I'll use one, but if they don't, I just sit on the seat. I usually grab some toilet paper and wipe around it first, though, to make sure it's not wet, then I flush with my foot. I always wash my hands after and if I can open the door with my foot, I will, but usually, the main door just has a pull handle and nobody else is coming in and out, so I have to grab it with my hand.
