I've met:
Kal Pen (actor), he spoke at my school and we got to meet him and take pictures!
Teresa Heinz (Sen. John Kerry's wife), she spoke at my school, and I shook her hand.
One of the people from an earlier Survivor season (I don't remember which one).
Imran Khan (former cricketer, current politician and philanthropist)

I would have liked to have met Michael Crichton (author/producer), but he died recently.

I haven't really met any celebrities.

I did get to meet and talk with comedian Jim Jefferies. I guess he could be considered a minor celebrity.

My brother and I used to be super into Japanese rock and would sneak around to meet the band members after concerts, so that's all that I can really think of in terms of celebrities (in this case foreign ones). And unless football players count, I technically met Steve Young when I was an infant (of course I only remember from photos)-- but he held me and played with me, so I have some cute pictures of that.

I've been within a foot of Bruce Campbell at one of his movie showings, that was as good as meeting him to me! Had to resist jumping on him and hugging him. Ahhhhh.

Not celebrities in the traditional sense, but:

I met John Madden once when he came through our town.

I also got to meet Tom Sutherland (he was kidnapped in Beirut in 1985 and was released in 1991 - not sure if anyone remembers this).

I've met a somewhat famous band that I used to be really into multiple times. The only other remotely famous person I've met was someone who was fandom famous, not actually famous. She's kind of an infamous stalker for this one musician who has seen him over 200 times and has met him on multiple occasions. So, I guess that's almost like meeting that musician.

I've met quite a few actually, but I can't give out names. I worked in a place that had news casters, movie stars, and political figures attending frequently. I hated being a waitress there! The tips were awesome, but my ass would be bruised from all the pinches and slaps by the end of my shifts.

I also met George Lucas. He's an asshole!

Met? None. T_T ....but I was about 5 feet away from Christopher Walken (!!!), and even closer to Robert De Niro.

My mom met Kenny Chesney and didn't realize....not that I would've known or cared, either.

None. Working at a publishing house I meet a bunch of authors but I don't consider them celebrities. One of my authors is friends with Bob Barker though so I'm trying to work myself into meeting him somehow haha

I've massaged some professional athletes (NFL and MLB players), but I don't know that I would really call them celebrities. I definitely didn't know who they were since I don't watch sports!

I haven't met any celebrities other than that though.

I've only met writers and politicians. I don't know if they count as celebrities. Most famous is Barack Obama.
