Sharing towels?

It makes sense, but I like having a dry towel and we shower too close together timewise for the towel to be fully dry for my turn. But we don't have one set towel for each other.

I voted other. I personally do not and probably would not share a towel with my significant other or anybody else for that matter. I just don't like the thought of someone else wiping their ass on a towel that I am going to wipe my face on, regardless of if they just showered or not. I even make sure that I am not wiping my face on the same part of the towel as I wipe my ass. I don't think anyone who chooses to do this is gross, I am just very anal (no pun intended) when it comes to this sort of thing.

I do it with my boyfriend all the time. We're both clean after a shower...and it's not like we don't exchange bodily fluids and such on a regular basis already.

I'm not entirely opposed to the thought of this, but for the most part I like to maintain an idea of what is "mine", and regularly sharing something as personal as a towel just seems to be going too far.

In a perfect world where I do laundry like a normal person, separate towels.

I chose other because I avoid sharing towels unless it's absolutely necessary. We use the same towels for a few showers before washing them too, but mine are mine and his is his. I don't even mix up my hair towel and my body towel. I don't care if it's clean, if I dried my butt with it yesterday I'm not wrapping my head with it today!
The only time I'll switch or share, is if I find my husband grabbed one of my towels to dry the floor off or something without telling me. If I'm dripping from the shower and have no other option, I'll grab his.

two towels fit on our towel rack just fine. I use mine a couple times before I wash it, but he and I definitely do not share towels. That's nasty.

I do this a lot myself, why make it so you have to wash more than needed?
It's only my mother and I sharing the towel we use for drying just our hair but if the situation ever arose I certainly wouldn't mind sharing a towel with my boyfriend.

We mainly use separate towels because my husband likes to walk out of the bathroom with it wrapped around him (and doesn't bring it back in until his next shower), whereas I prefer to completely dry off and get dressed in the bathroom.
So yes, sharing would save us in the laundry department, but it'd be too much of a hassle for me to try and remember to grab it.

We share towels. Plural. We have two towels hanging on the hooks at all times, and it just comes down to which one is dry at the time. They just go into rotation until it's time to wash them.
