Should there be a dress code for flying as a passenger on a commercial airline?

If you're wearing enough clothing to be legally covered (i.e. a shirt, shoes, and pants/shorts) that should be more than enough.
EXACTLY what I was about to write. Thank you.

Ha. I guess I won't be allowed on planes anytime soon as all of my tops are low cut. Oh well!

Airlines are getting ridiculous.
Maybe they should worry about some other things...like getting us to our destination on time and safely? How about some insane things, like making seats that can accommodate an adult over 4 foot 2 and weighing 96 pounds????

THAT would be worth some airline attention. Right?

They always sit next to me...or worse yet, on BOTH SIDES of me, when flying. No kidding. Maybe even more disgusting is the fact some people feel picking their noses, and wiping in on their pant legs is somehow okay on a public flight????!!! NO....IT'S NOT!!!!!!! Or the guy who started clipping his nails and letting the clippings "fly free", in the middle of a flight (yes, TSA did let him carry a small nail clipper on-board, I guess).

Since we fly, a LOT, we see some stuff we just cannot believe. The whole level of interpersonal behavior has gone in the toilet over the last ten years.

She paid for a plane ticket not a fashion lesson.

There need to be some requirements, but they could just have told her to button her shirt.

This just loops back to one of the things that just plain don't make sense about our society. We live in a word where a thing design to nurse infants and is by far and away the healthiest food source for babies is not "family friendly" to display in public. Breast should if in anything be a powerful family friendlily symbol, again it was design for babies. Their intended function doesn't even kick in till you have a family!

...but no we live in world where the periphery audience for breasts is running the show and can't notice how illogical it is for the a body part whose function is "feed family" to be on the not family friendlily list.

TBH, I think this would turn into another excuse for airline security to become even more racist.
