First off I am not knocking anyone.

I was driving thru NY on a business trip and had to stop for gas. There was a sign that read Marlboro's $15.99, I thought that must be for a three pack. Holy Shit I was shocked when I walked inside and saw that was per pack.

I stopped at a few more gas stations on my way home and the price range was from $10-$17.00 a pack for cigarettes.

My question is, How much do you pay where you live?

I don't smoke (any more- quit when I was 16) , but cigarettes are around 5.50-6.50 a pack here. I've honestly been considering ecigs, though.

I thought that Marlboro's were high here in PA @ $5.60 a pack. They just rape ppl in NY.

A pack of Marlboros here is around 5 or 6 bucks. That's an insane amount of money for one pack... I'm glad I don't smoke often.

Between 6 and 10 depending on your brand when I smoke I pay about 8 per pack

Anywhere from 4-14 depending on the brand and where you get them. We don't smoke a lot but when we do, we go with Camel Crush and Maverick Menthols. The Crushs' are more on the pricey side.
