I don't know.. I view Walmart as cheaper but I go to Target cause it's closer. Both have had some good steals..
I was unaware there was a super target? I thought there were just Targets? Lol

Target has better quality than Walmart and their prices are similar to Walmart's and the customer service is better at Target. I hate shopping at Walmart.

I prefer Target but find myself more often at Walmart because they are open when I need to go (24 hour Walmart here, no 24 hour Target)

Target has slightly higher prices on daily goods...laundry stuff...etc, however, they are NOT comparable stores. Target is a much higher "price point"...offering a LOT higher quality, but not really much higher prices for everything else.

Understand too, a LOT of items at Wal Mart are made to THEIR specifications and are NOT "identical" to the similar items sold elsewhere. Be VERY careful of exactly what you are buying...anywhere. Details such as ALUMINUM verses COPPER wire in cords, and thickness of metal and plastic parts, ALL matter.

Cloths at Target are a significantly higher grade too.

I like Target for clothing items and gifts, but I prefer Wal*mart for everyday household items like detergents and cleaning supplies and sometimes their produce department. Some of their canned and boxed goods are a pretty good deal, too.
That is really the best way to make use of both their strengths to your advantage...if you have access to both.

I go to Walmart only. I have banned my shopping from Target because they put money into anti-gay marriage campaigns to stop gay/lesbians from getting married. After knowing that, I just refused to spend my money there.

Here we don't have a Target, only Wal-mart and K-Mart. Wal-Mart's cheaper than K-Mart is.. Unless they have that 10 for $10 going on in the grocery section.

Nearest Target is 150 miles away - Walmart is 1 mile away.

Went to Target this weekend while visiting son - was NOT impressed at all with prices or product selection.

Walmart because my boy gets an employee discount and the nearest Target is forever far away.

Walmart, but only because they have better food selection... They have terrible ethics and aren't good to their employees at all.

Where my son used to live (Alpine, TX) he was 60 miles away from a Walmart - not sure how far away from a Target - much further!

Target's mildly classier. Walmart's cheap, though.

Target all the way. I'm brand loyal. I worked there as a teenager and they treated me well. Much better than the manipulation and exploitation that takes place at Wal-mart.

Target, but that's because I don't have a car and my girlfriend doesn't like to go to Wal Mart. I really used to like them equally, but I worked at a store near Target so I mostly shopped there. And now I'm about to start working for them, so yaaaay Target!

I dont like either one. But if I had to chose, I would go to target. I hate even walking through a walmart. At least with target I can walk in and not feel like I have to keep my eyes on the floor and not on the rednecks walking around in their PJ's and slippers.
