Huge oak trees, especially if there's a swing involved.

Foggy mornings.

A set of dry clothes when you've just gotten yours wet (I learned as a high school runner to never be without a pair of dry socks.)---the comforting sense that, even if you were struggling to overlook how cold and heavy your environment has become---you can suddenly be stripped bare and wrapped in something soft, warm, and welcoming.

A warm cup of tea after a long cold night's work.

Wrapping myself in a large blanket fresh from the dryer.

The sound of rain on a tin roof.

When the family comes to visit, do not really get to see them all the time. The sound of the house after the kids are in bed, which is silence.
When my cats decide that all five of them are going to sleep with me.
Having awesome sex with my honey, so awesome I am see spots and can hardly breathe and walk.

The sounds of laughter in the house.
