LIVER!!! Curry anything; fois gras, (yes, you can sear it); fish, (also allergic to) - I'm sure there's more, but experiencing brain malfunction!

Stuffed green peppers. My partner makes AMAZING stuffed peppers but mine end up inedible. It's the only thing I really can't make so I don't even try. Other than that, I'm pretty open to cooking anything at this point in my life. Give me a few years to make some major mistakes and I'm sure more things will be out of my dinner rotation.
