I can only sprint, really. I can't run or jog very far because of a leg injury. But I love walking long-distances especially if it involves hiking a bit.

Im a smoker, anything faster than a quick walking pace, and I'll die before I hit the corner curb LOL! I have been taking more walks with the kids and baby in stroller now that the weather is nice though. It is good for the dog too to get out for a walk. Now that its nice out more, I'll be walking a lot more!

I like jogging since walking doesn't feel like that much of a workout but running gets me too out of breath (and not in a good way).

I used to be a runner, but that was another lifetime ago and one torn ankle ago. Now, for exercise I use the bowflex, and do Jillian Micahels exercise DVDs.

I LOVE running, but my knees are kind of messed up (just the way they're built) so I really shouldn't. I hate jogging. But I do love walking too.

Running is the best. I love how it makes me feel.

I walk for anywhere between 4.5 hours to 9 hours a day at work. Constantly. Jogging and running is out of the question these days.

I've got a fifteen story building where I work, makes for a quick lunchtime workout it really raises the heart rate quick. Actual stairs seems to be much more strenuous than the stair climber at the gym.
