My glasses for one! i cant really navigate many places without them, let alone drive. But i actually wear two rings i havent taken off in close to 10 years now: one is my great-grandmothers diamond engagement ring, although my mom replaced the original mind cut stones with some cheaper ones, it's still my favorite ring. The other is a claddagh ring my mother got me when i started to really learn and connect with my irish heritage, however, now that i'm older and can really appreciate my PR afro-lanti@ roots and my family's heritage, it's something i'd like to distance myself from more and more and am thinking about replacing the ring with a similar looking one of two hands that just wrap around the finger to symbolise protection. I dont take out my septum ring ever, unless it falls out on its own.
When i leave the house i always have my phone on me, even if its close to dying.

My cross-body bag. It holds the bare essentials I can get away with. Wallet, keys, phone, headphones, and a very small makeup bag.

My glasses, cell phone, engagement ring, and a water bottle. I used to carry my student ID in my pocket daily since it was also my bus pass but now that I graduated, I don't need it anymore.

Used to be a pack of Marlboros. I still carry a lighter or matchbook around with me usually. I always carry deodorant and chapstick in my purse too. And ibuprofen or some sort of pain reliever when I'm on the go in case of migraines/hip pain. iTouch and phone and my ID + wallet but those are pretty standard.

I always have my phone, a small wristlet that holds my phone/credit cards/IDs and has a little clip for my key fob, chap stick or lip balm, and pearl studs. I also usually have my datebook/address book and a pen.

My glasses or contacts. After that it would be my wedding ring, notebook and my desire to help others as much as possible.

If I am out, I will always have my phone, wallet, keys, eye glasses and a comb. I empty my pockets and lose the shoes as soon as I get home.

Jewelry, more specifically, my nose stud. I only take it out to clean (or as you mentioned, for hospital procedures). Otherwise, I'll have a little hole in my nose.
