Definitely heat & humidity, but I also dislike other people's kids being out of school if they are terrors! (I don't have children, just cats & they are always well behaved )

I grew up in Texas where summer is just hot all the time. There's no relief from the heat at night. Where I live now, it cools off pretty decently at night. It's one of the few good qualities about NJ.

That horrible sun is burning my skin.
Though I do love that children are out of school, the world is weird when only adults are out there. It always striked me as weird when I was younger and homeschooled.

I love summer in general, but I did grow up in a tourist town. And I'm a pretty cheerful and forgiving person in general, but it still gets me down to see tourists disrespecting the locals, wherever I happen to be.

in FL, the heat and humidity can be rather oppressive, but the humidity is worse.

@ Antipova, I cannot understand tourists being rude to anyone, you'd think it would undermine your efforts to blend in & to get good service! Why would anyone ever think being rude would help a situation, or get better service? Yet, I see it all the time and just shake my head.

the summer is my favorite. I can't ever get warm in the winter, spring pollen makes me sick and wilting fall leaves make me sicker

The unwavering heat and humidity caused from the constant rain. I really enjoy summer, however it happens to be the "wet season" for my state, so theres lots of rain which can really kill beach/pool days.

Usually its not that hot here during the summer, which is why I also put myself down for the "nothing to dislike" category. But its been horribly hot here the past few weeks it was almost unbearable. Thankfully its cooled down a bit.
