Ibuprofen, hot baths, my heating pad, and prayer. Magnesium helps, too, taken as a supplement. I've had cramps so bad I've thrown up before, so I feel your pain...literally. Good luck making the pain go away.

Lots and lots of painkillers and heat. I like hot baths or showers, and of course a heating pad. Chocolate also works. Feel better!

Take so many herbs that I can't see straight. LOl. Kidding. But that is what I do. I have endometriosis, so I'd have extremely debilitating pain during my cycles (even after meds and surgery) so these days I make sure to take aloe (internally, straight from my plant) and I also take wheatgrass, forskholii and BC powder for the migraines that come along with my cycles. I sure noticed a difference after the aloe and wheatgrass. I try to drink a glass of acai juice around my periods, but it's tough because I can't drink much without it upsetting my stomach (the acidity or something in all juice kind of makes my stomach crappy.) It's all helpful stuff though.

I also try to eat the best I can, but during my cycles I go freaking crazy! I crave everything, and usually just let myself have it.

What's helped the most is aloe though. I can do nothing and take one small chunk the first day of my period and be a new person the rest of the week. That stuff has been nothing less than a God-send for me.

I take Damiana pills to regulate my cycle, I do not have much menstrual pains and cramps ever since I started taking the pills.

I take Motrin and try to fall asleep in a hot bath. Once they let up a bit I put in a menstrual cup and that generally stops the cramps from returning, but ymmv.

Or hell, a bottle of jack never hurt anyone. No...actually i'm pretty sure Jack has hurt plenty of people. I take that comment back. Do you smoke weed? try that. You know if your 13 and have a Nirvana t-shirt.

Ibuprofen as well, with those heating pads. Hot showers, or even better, hot baths are fantastic, too.

I masturbate. Harder to get off when I don't feel like it, but it usually buys me a couple hours of no crampiness.

See, orgasm just makes me cramp worse. :-( It does, however, shorten my period a bit.

It's funny you say that. I often get a "dry spell" towards the end of my period when it seems like I'm done, but I'm not. Masturbating gets the flow going again for me.

Depends on the cramp's severity. Really bad cramps (which thankfully are rare for me) get Ibuprofin. More commonly my cramps are mild-to-medium, in which case I use a heating pad, or sometimes take a warm bath. If I'm in the mood for it, masturbating helps.

I also have a body pillow, and laying on it on my belly seems to really help. I'll often lay on it after taking the painkillers, or with the heating pad on my lower back, to help things along.

I smoke weed. Nothing makes you forget you have IBS, cramps, joint pain, and are pissed off for no reason, faster than smoking.

I take ibuprofin. A heating pad works great, but give it at least 20 minutes.
