Yes! I like salty or tangy cheese mostly. Although, I love most cheeses.. it's very rare for me to find a cheese that I don't like. Although, I did have this blue Cheese is Paris last year that was a little too blue for my taste.

Right now Montery Jack but it used to be Extra Sharp Cheddar cheese. Oh and definitely white cheese, not yellow.
