I am not a huge fan of cookies, but I really get a hankerin' for homemade peanut butter cookies sometimes!

I love different variations of the chocolate chip cookie (especially hot from the oven!): chocolate chip/coconut, chocolate chip/walnut, triple chocolate chip (white, dark, and milk), white chocolate (or even milk and dark chocolate) with macadamias, etc.

I make some really yummy chocolate-chocolate chip-mint cookies. They're my favourite by far.

I could kill for a really good sugar cookie. Sugar cookies are so easy to over cook.. they become hard and gross. They have to be nice a soft... MmmMmmm

I like oatmeal cookies, especially with raisins or craisins but they're good with chocolate chips or nuts, too.

Ginger cookies, when they're baked only long enough to be a real cookie. Snaps are nice, but chewy/soft ginger cookies are a world unto their own.

And the powdery almond mounds that are referred to as either Russian Tea Cakes or Italian Wedding Cookies.

I used to love macaroons, oatmeal raisin, and chocolate chip cookies equally until I discovered the joy that is the cowboy cookie. It combines all three cookies into one. Mmmmmmmmmm......

Nothing beats a homemade Nestle Tollhouse chocolate chip cookie, especially if it's still warm from the oven. They're also good with peanut butter chips added. If I'm buying cookies from the store, definitely Oreos (now that I think about it, it's the only cookie I would purchase from the store.)
