Not a fan, but we did spaghetti. Ugh! Now, I'm having peanuts, raisins, almonds and m&m's. Yea, I doubt mine will be one that makes you say yum! Lol. I had a really good roll though!

Now I'll tell you my absolute fav casserole! If you like cheese and sausage, you will more than likely LOVE this stuff. I really don't know the name of it and have neevr heard of it before. My mom always makes it and has since I was a kid. We just call it rice casserole or I call it that cheese and rice in a pan. Lol

You need 2 cans of cream of chicken
a box of white rice
Bell peppers if you like them or you can add a vegetable you prefer
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sausage

Of course cook the sausage in a skillet.
Mix the box of uncooked rice in a bowl with both cans of cream of chicken.
(I always take a few bites while mixing! It's wonderful. The rice is crunchy, sometimes too crunchy, but it's good)

After the sausage is cooked mix it in the bowl of cream of chicken and rice. Add your peppers or whatever too.

After the ingredients are all stirred up, spread it in the pan and bake.
Add the cheddar cheese on top when 5-10 min of baking are left. You can leave it longer if you like the cheese darkened or you can just add the cheese after it has finished baking.

I love it! It's my fav.
