What's your relationship with exercise?

I don't wanna, but I will. I try to swim as often as possible, walk a few times a week, and really really actually go to the gym. Urgh. If only the gym had wifi and laptop trays on the elliptical. heh.

I used to work out near daily when I was 15. I usually enjoyed it. My body has been through so many changes since then, though, and not a lot of them are good and it makes exercise more a pain than an enjoyment.

HAHA! My boyfriend actually tried rigging up something to his treadmill to keep his laptop on there. It was like a tray that he attached to the (insert treadmill name part) with duct tape and strap ties. Did not work but he spent days trying to figure out a way to do it. He's so cute when he invents things.

In some womens' prisons, they have recumbent bikes that power a laptop with wi-fi, so you can earn online time by working out - but you have to keep up a decent pace.

I want that, but on a treadmill.

I ride my bike just about every day although I'll sometimes take it easy on the weekends. I too have noticed a boost in a number of areas as well sex drive, energy, metabolism, etc. I'd like to get a little bit more exercise activity besides cycling but that seems to be what works best for me.

I've noticed a boost in libido which makes me so happy. I'm on antidepressants and anxiety meds that sometimes sap my drive but working out just makes me horny! It's the best motivation to get exercise

I do something almost every day(jog, yoga...) and hit the gym 3 times a week. At the gym I spar in kickboxing, I always feel the burn when I finish.
And yes, it also makes me so horny as well. My toy collection helps me if my partner is not around...

My work is physically demanding, and since I cannot drive I walk and bike everywhere on my days off. So i guess that's the extend of my exercise, which does me fine.

Basicly it depends on what I feel like that day. I do it at least once a day if not more. To me its more of a time to relaxe then exersize. When it comes to time, ile just stay up an hour later if I have to.

Also, when ime pissed off or stressed and its to late at night to go shoot targets I exersize. If ime bored and I dont wana masterbate I exersize.

It usally includes running, pushups, pullups, crunches, jumping jacks, ski jumps, and other stuff like that


In them morning I do atleast 20 pushups, crunches, pullups, jumping jacks then jog 2.5 miles. After that depending whats going on ile do more.

Then before I go to bed I do at least 70 laps in the pool then Ile go in the hotub. Our pools 27 feet long.

I bellydance a few times a week, and sometimes I walk my dogs. My day job is a server.. So I walk a lot. Other wise, I don't worry about it.

For the past year, most of my exercise has been in the form of sex and long (5+ miles a day) walks. However, I hope to get back into martial arts this fall (Krav Maga, if anyone's wondering) and get some heavy exercise at least twice a week.

I want to work out so bad but I have issues with my feet that cause he intense pain so I have to work on getting them back into shape before I get to work out. I am still wanting to tone and tighten the body so I do what I can that doesn't involve the feet. I am finding mild yoga to be great for core work.

Let us know how Krav Maga goes - I am totally intrigued by it but need to be in better shape before exploring classes on it.

I would have clicked other if there was a choice. It's a dream of mine to get my digestive condition under control,its severe interferes with life so much I'm just eating,toilet and work everyday. Actually my vote is so not true, I would retract it if I could. I work on a computer at home, and then support my boyfriend's WoW addiction in the evenings, so I don't get much exercise at all. This doesn't mean I don't want to! For a while I was able to work out 2-3 times a week doing yoga and pilates at home, but then things got hectic. I will get back to it, and I wish I could afford a gym membership, if not just for the pool.

Plus.... It's summertime in the Midwest. It's hard enough to just get through the day in this heat, sometimes!

My husband was the fat kid which made it harder for him to exercise in public. He eventually lost half his weight from bicycling.

I hate exercise a lot
