If I have work, my alarm goes off at 5:30. Non-work days either the man or the dog wakes me up around 7:30.

I am an insomniac but I have to throw in the towel on the fight with sleep about 6 40 so I can be awake with my kiddos.

I picked three because I'm awake at different times during the day.
2-4: This is because my husband gets up at this time to go to work, so I'm up making his lunch for the day and getting the coffee going. If I went to bed early enough, I'll stay up.
6-8: This is when I normally get back up (because typically I'm back in bed after getting that lunch of his done) and I stay up.
10-12: :/ I've been sick this week, so I've been letting myself stay in bed even longer, trying to get rest in but it's been dampening my mood and my house is a mess now... dang.

Usually by 8am but if there is absolutely nothing I have to do I can sleep till 9 or 9:30
