When it comes to making dinner....

I prefer something I make from scratch. Lately dinner has mostly been cereal, due to my work schedule. I'll usually take the cereal for dinner over fast food.

we cook just about every meal, from raw ingredients. Not very many boxed, processed items in the house. We have some, but not many. I love home cooked meals. I cant eat out very often. I like to have control of what I eat.

I'm not a good cook, so if I'm making something, I just want/need it to be over and done with as soon as possible. If someone else is making it, though (someone who can cook) then I prefer long-time prepared, home-cooked meal.

I was going down the list looking for the "all of the above" option

I like taking the time to cook for my loved ones. Even if I opt for something quick and easy like pasta and canned sauce, I'm still chopping up fresh veggies and making it as healthy as I can. Though, we do keep some frozen pizzas in stock just in case we're both too exhausted to cook a real meal.

We do everything from day long preparation 5 course meals, to just sandwiches, to the very occasional take out food. Sometimes we have "hors d ovaries" in a box. We get about 4 or 5 different kinds (there's a dairy free Kosher brand that makes the best appetizers with puff pastry) and make a meal out of that.

It depends on how our days have been, how tired we are, how hungry we are, and what we feel like doing.

We have a butcher shop that cuts it own meat near our house and a fish market that restaurants use. It's nice to have high quality ingredients when you want to make something good for your family.

I hate spending a lot of time cooking during the week. I work full time and I'm a single mom to two so I don't have much time in the evenings when I get home between cleaning up the house and doing chores, running errands etc.

It can also be a pain because I hate grocery shopping so I don't always have stuff on hand to make something homemade that's quick and delicious.

Totally depends, but I'll be honest, I love taking the time to make something that is probably not very healthy.

Speaking of the devil, my husband tricked me into eating boxed food. I've been sick all night just from eating something that wasn't homemade and fresh! UGH!

I grew up with TONS of home cooked, southern inspired goodness and I try to repeat that in my house now. While I try to make it healthy, I don't really care as long as its good! =P

I am home all the time so I cook a healthy meal all the time. I will make home made pizza which is supposed to be unhealthy but I make it with a thin crust and low fat cheese. I use lots of vegetables and just a little bit of peperoni. The unhealthiest part of that meal is having a Pepsi with it, lol.

I love to cook, whether it takes a long time to prepare and cook or it takes a short time. I love trying new things. I think my tune will change once I start working full time though, lol.

We don't have a microwave, those machines freak me out! We reheat food in the oven or on the stove top.

It all depends on how I'm feeling and what's taking up my time for the day as to how much effort I can put into cooking.

Depends on the situation/day.

Flavor wise, hands down home prepared.

If I'm starving, I'd rather get something in a hurry. But I can wait other times.

I find myself more and more getting something microwavable, but I do love to cook..I hate to cook just for myself though, I always find that I make too much, so I always cook when it's me and my boyfriend. No leftovers, done and done! haha

It depends on how hungry I am, and how tired I am after work. If I'm not to tired/hungry, I take my time and prepare a healthy meal. If I am really hungry and tired, I want the quickest thing I can make - usually something microwavable.

It really all depends, if there is time we do the things that take longer, or sometimes we go ahead and get fast food.. just depends.

Get it over as quickly as possible !

The only time I like cooking is with my partner or grandma. They both are good cooks and can guide me or tell me what to do.

Otherwise, I'm just not good at it.

I love cooking dinner. I've made homemade curry with everything fresh before. I'll sometimes use kits for, say, tacos, but I can make a mean lean burger.

I absolutely hate Kraft mac and cheese. Always have, always will.

As long as it is home cooked it works for me. We love to dine out, but a nice homemade meal always hit the spot.
