I get off almost every day, at least once. When I go a full day without, I find I can't stop obsessing about sex and getting hard. I don't think it's healthy to 'bottle it up'. When I used to do competitive sports, I knew a lot of guys who believed it helped their performance. For the record, it's a myth!
