I haven't flown in years, and the only time I have, I was three sooo, I have no experience. I'd love to attempt a flight here within the next couple years. Maybe go to a comic con that's not in Chicago, I can drive down to Chicago, its like 4 hours to it.

I don't have family anywhere outside of MI though so, who knows when I'll fly out, maybe me and the girl can decide on a place.

If I'm flying domestically, I will just carry on. If I'm flying internally, I prefer to check my bag.

I check bags, but experience has taught me to carry on essentials and a change of clothes.

I guess it depends on the trip. But all the ones I have gone on. I checked my bags. Makes it so much easier.

If I'm going for more than a few days, I'll check a bag with my clothes. I keep my electronics and valuables with me though, as well as a day worth of stuff just in case

most of the time I am flying long distance for a long visit, so I have way too many things to carry on with me. But I still try to check in everything worth any money, then it cant get lost.
