I have a deep & abiding love of cheese, but admit I don't like the stronger ones quite as much. I eat plain cheese all the time, but usually with crackers and that's often my meal. Oh, have you ever had smoked cheese? Amazing! Anyway, if I don't like a dish or it's just missing something, (after trying garlic!), I put cheese on it & then it's suddenly delicious! I even make my own yogurt & cheese, what fun! In general, I love dairy products except for drinking milk, go figure.

I'm definitely a cheese person. My favorites are monterey jack and sharp cheddar. I love Oka too and Feta!!
