I want to get a new phone soon and I am looking for a new carrier. Which one stand out to you as one of the best? Best service, phones, etc.

Everyone complains about one or the other...I think it depends on where you live which one is best. They all suck in NYC...I had trouble with every one I tried there. I have AT and T now in the midwest, and it's been fine.

Thanks! I was leaning towards AT&T or Verizon... I want to get the iPhone 5... but I just want some opinions on the customer service, etc.

I've been a fan of Verizon for many years - but I've grown weary of their arrogance. I'm going to make a switch - but I don't know what way I'm going to go - maybe Sprint?

My family in the States uses Verizon. When I go to the States it is cheaper to use China Mobile for everything even with the double international costs.

I've had AT&T for years. I haven't really used much else since NOTHING picks up at my house besides at&t. Nothing. At all!

AT&T i love this one, well mostly for the fact that its the only one that comes in at my house!

Verizon tends to work better in the southeast as far as I've traveled. I think it really depends on where you live. I've had some customer service issues with them, but I'm stubborn so I've always managed to get them fixed. The main problem is that there isn't another viable option if you want reliable service where I live.
