Masturbate. Haha! It does help sometimes. Reading a book tends to help some. Sometimes just getting up for a while until I feel really tired again helps, then I crash when I climb back into bed and feel more rested by morning than if I had stayed in bed tossing and turning.

Sometimes I take a sleeping pill. Most times I hop onto EF.

Sleeping pills. I have insomnia so I can't sleep without them.

Either read a book or start watching a movie that I've seen 100 times before

I usually take melatonin vitamins half an hour before I go to bed. Sometimes I'll read as well.

I get out of bed, start writing, surf the internet, find something sad and have a good cry then go to sleep.

Toss and turn, go bathroom, then toss and turn again until I fall asleep. Hmmm, how come I never tried Melatonin...I have two bottles sitting in my pantry!

My man usually reads, and I'll watch Netflix usually.

We both take stuff to help us sleep nightly, but it doesn't always work. Insomnia is not all that fun.

i watch my son sleep. There is such beauty in a small child sleeping. His sleep breathing tends to calm me down enough that i can go to sleep

Take a melatonin - natural sleep aid. It takes about 20 minutes and I'm sound asleep - with no groggy after effects in the morning.

sometimes I turn tv on but put volume down low so I can barely hear it. Or I get online and play on the computer.

Thinking about sex usually does it for me, and sometimes I'll masturbate to help things along. Reading sometimes helps, or drinking warm milk if the weather's not too hot for it. If I really need to get to sleep fast and I have one on hand, I'll drink a Dream Water (like a reverse energy drink).

Whatever you do, don't think about the fact that you need to go to sleep. That'll just keep you up!
