With health, I can always pull through. Without health, I wouldn't be keeping that job very long anyways.

Being really healthy sounds fantastic! Where can I sign up?
Seriously though, if you're healthy, you can always figure out something else you can do to make a little cash, but if you're unhealthy you probably won't even be able to keep your job long-term... and even if you keep it, you won't have much of an outside life after working all week. And I'd prefer working to live over living to work.

With health, good things are possible.
If you choose your job over it, don't be surprised if you end up in an early grave.
I've literally seen people work themselves into the grave - having heart attacks a few years before they would have retired to relative wealth and security. I'm sure the money they left behind was a comfort to their family, but it didn't do anything for them in the end.

Yeah, you'd have to set it up a bit different. But my idea is I'd be healthy and have a hot body and find someone who is employed to be my sugar daddy.

It's very hard to work when seriously ill, so you'd probably end up unemployed eventually anyway.

I agree with Gold Lion, too. I'd rather be healthy then ill, since If i was very ill I wouldn't be able to work anymore.

I would rather be healthy. But honestly I think you need a job to be healthy. You need a house, good food, water, etc. I dont think you can ever really have the dichotomy
