Unless I see someone crawling in or out of a window or hear gun shots, it is not my business. I think more often than not people are noisy and need to mind their own business.

It all depends. Teenagers are kinda weird to begin with lol But if I see something that may be endangering others.. I would call.

I guess it really depends on the situation. am I going to call the police if I see underage teens smoking? No. Am I going to call the police if I see some marking up cars or tagging buildings? Yes.

I would go out and smack them in the back of the head with my 14 inch double header . That way they would be all like..."WTF!?!?!" Look down and see that they just got smacked with a huge dildo, see that I'm f'n crazy, leave, and never come back! Job done and no need to call the "Bobbies"

If it were in my neighborhood, I would probably call. I don't want more of that sort of activity coming into my neighborhood. I live in a relatively safe neighborhood and would like to keep it that way.
