I have a few things that I'm very set in how they have to be done, but for the most part I'm not very high maintenance. It takes me 5 minutes to do my makeup, another 5 to get dressed, and 5 to brush my teeth and use the bathroom. I prefer to shower when I have time and don't have to rush, and I like to sleep til the last minute so if I think my hair is dirty, I'll just put it up in a ponytail. The nice thing is that I can be up, dressed, and out of the house and on my way in 15 minutes lol.

Not really, hubs would probably totes disagree. I'm just as comfy in a pajama set as I am in a hot outfit and heels, dolled to the nine. I don't really demand anything materialistic and often talk my husband out of buying me things. *shrug*

I'd say I'm fairly high maintenance. I like to always have my makeup and hair done, and I wear dresses every day (at least in the summer.) I'm not a priss though. I'm from the country so I'm used to working outside and getting dirty and I won't worry about how I look if I'm going camping or something. But I usually put effort into my appearance and try to look as good as I can.

Funny, isn't it? Women used to be chided for leaving the home with a hair out of place and no make-up (it was also a sign of stature) and now? We're chided if we take care with our appearance before leaving the home. Human nature, nothing is more fickle or wishy-washy.

Hell no, I grew on fairly poor in a small town. I still am fairly poor, moved to big city but in process of moving to another small town. I hardly ever wear make up, I never do my hair I throw it in a ponytail, I never spend more than 20bucks on clothing for myself, I never have shopped for myself at any expensive store, I never take more than half hour to get ready to go and I have two kids to get ready also. I would never be high maintenance.

If we're talking about getting ready and having my makeup and hair perfect before I leave? No. Well, occasionally, but only if I have a sudden urge to do my makeup or if it's a special occasion.

If we're talking about how indecisive I can be, how much patience I require, how snobby I can be about certain things, and other personality traits like that? Oh, hell yeah, I'm high maintenance.

It depends what specifically we're talking about. I like to look nice, and I put a lot of effort into taking care of my body and appearance... but I don't make a big deal about it, and I don't make it somebody else's problem.

Emotionally though, yes, I may be a little high maintenance. Not that I need a constant reminder that someone cares for me, but I can't stand when I'm putting 110% into making a partner feel loved and they act like they don't care either way about me.

I'm not high maintenance at all. The only thing I spend extra time on is getting my hair done, or else I'll look like a maniac. Since I don't need to go to work, I don't need to wear anything fancy, I just make sure I'm tidy and not look like a slob.

I've been told I'm a bit too low maintenance. In the relationship sense , I dont need the guy to buy everything and I prefer handmade things to bought .
Thats not to say i dont dress up and get my eyebrows waxed and what not .

I don't consider myself to be high maintenance. I am a very simple girl.

My appearance isn't very high maintenance, but it's a variable thing. If I want to impress my guy and make him feel special because I think it's important to dress up for something we are doing together, then yes, I can spend 30 minutes doing my hair and makeup. But if we are just relaxing, I do enough that I don't feel lazy. Hell, half the time I'll just do a little makeup in the car to save time and get out of the house. As far as keeping my relationship happy and healthy, I would say we are both high maintenance. Love is a verb, so we both want to do things for each other and be appreciated. We need affirmation, and physical contact. We need to feel close to each other. It just works better for us that way.

Definitely not a high maintenance girl. I don't like boys paying for me all the time (with friends I'd rather take turns or split the bill). I like buying the pricey things for myself

I was high maintenance in middle school and most of high school, but now I am not. I think I just got tired of being that way, it was a lot of work lol.

If we're talking appearance-wise, absolutely not. The only way I can be high-maintenance is emotionally.

Nope. I can be showered, dressed, teeth brushed, make-up on, hair dried, and in my truck in less than 25 minutes. I have got it down. The more time I spend, the more I can fuck it all up.

In regards to keeping my health in good standing (paying attention to everything I put in my body, getting enough quality sleep), my husband might say I am high maintenance. But as far as primping goes...not so much!
