Would you consider yourself high maintenance?

That's where I'm HIGH maintenance! I will stomp & pout & become a force to be reckoned with if I don't get enough attention & affection from my partner in their presence.

My Man thinks I am. Yes, I put a lot of effort into my appearance. I went through some years, some of them battling depression, where I simply put no effort into my appearance.

I feel better when I look better. Looking like I don't care makes me... not care. For me, that isn't a healthy way for me to live.

In retrospect, I think I was not only disrespecting myself, but also disrespecting My Man by not trying. It may sound old fashioned, but I think he deserves to have a nice looking, well put together woman on his arm. Or to greet him when he comes in after a long day at work. I'm happy to make that happen.... even if he is down in the hall yelling, "C'MON, for heaven's sake! LET'S GO!"

Not usually. I get clothes and jewelery second hand, work hard, save money and don't demand material things. I can roll outta bed and go. When it comes to time spent together and sex I can be a little high maintenance though.

Not even remotely. About the only thing I'll let a man do for me is pump air in my bike tires, because I'm not really strong enough. Most things, mental or physical, I take care of myself. I also make my very minimal needs known upfront so I'm not confusing.

I'm not very high maintenance, I just require occasional sex and kisses!

We are both low maintenance in most ways, but we all have "quirks" that add SOME "high maintenance" values. For instance...we are NOT "high maintenance" in the NO DRAMA to life area...but HE does not cook a thing. FOOD makes HIM high maintenance, and SHE wants nothing to do with OUTDOORS stuff...yard or activities, making her "high maintaince" in that arena.

I'm easy to please. Open communication is all I ask for.
In the real world though, perhaps not. I think of food with that... I am a VERY particular, regimented person. I feel bad for the person I ever have to cook for.

I consider myself high maintenance and my guys would laugh at anyone who disagreed and invite them to experience hell...or something like that...

I don't think I'm high maintenance, I'm not big on makeup, and I do most things for myself.

I usually forget to put on mascara when I leave the house (which is pretty much all the makeup I wear). So, no. Totally not high maintenance.

Appearance is important to me, but I refuse to spend all my time on it. I find as many short cuts as I can, and if something is taking longer than I'd like, I give up. In that regard, I guess I'm average.

But in regards of my health issues/food allergies/etc, yes, I am high maintenance and I hate it!

When it comes to emotional high maintenance, yes and no. I am quicker to shut myself off and go on a "do everything myself! gr!!" rampage than I am to become insecure or needy. The little things in life make me happy, though, I am a Taurus and I appreciate luxury.

I voted "no" but I think it's kind of a limited question. Do I require (and return) copious amounts of love and affection? Yes. Do I make constant unreasonable demands and take up all my partner's time? No. Am I occasionally unreasonable / don't pay enough attention to my partner? Yes! No one is perfect, we all have baggage, and everything varies from day to day.
