Watching my son sucking on his toes while grinning up at my daughters melted my heart today. As usual I didn't have a camera...

Today my oldest confided in me that she and her sister were grateful for my boyfriend. They were grateful because they realized that as their brother's father he was also related to them and if they needed him he'd be there. That melted his heart...scared him a little but made us all feel good.

Awwwww mine are 13 and 11 and they still call me mama but it's because my Mother informed me one day while they were listening that is seemed somehow wrong to her for them to call me Mama when they were nearly 8 and 9. They decided she was an idiot and haven't stopped. My little free thinkers

OMG when I first started staying the night with Sigel he would go to sleep with this little smile on his face that I knew was for me...then when I spent the night the first time with Arch he woke up so glad to see me. His eyes are electric blue and they were sparkling and his smile was so big and bright. *sigh* Gotta love 'em especially after I got up to go to the restroom last night and when I got into bed Sigel turned over and snuggled in next to me with that same little smile...

See now your cats would disagree and make you rewrite the whole sentence to include something about cat genius.

It took me many years to learn how very lucky I am. It is humbling sometimes to see the look on my lover's faces and know it's just for me. I think it's why it is easy for me to be poly, I never have to wonder if they love me it's so very evident.
