Do the reports through the affiliate program page show how many times I have visited my own page or does it only count others?

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean your profile page or your off-site page?
It wouldn't track your on-site profile. It will show how many times your page has been seen with the EF cookie on the viewer's computer.
