As pretty much everyone else has already pointed out, everyone is different, so what works best for me may or may not work best for you. I think the best thing to do is to just try out most or all of the categories you listed (plus some you didn't) and make up your own mind about what works best for your body and preferences.
For me, I like most of the things you listed and then some, and what works best kind of depends on my mood and what I want.
