I heard on the news today that a bad virus is causing the federal government to shut down a large amount of internet services and personal computers until they can isolate the bug. Hope no out there has had their internet shut off :/

It's more along the lines of that they're closing down the servers they were using to keep the internet up long enough for administrators to fix the issue. Hopefully the amount of press about it meant most people got it fixed. You can find more link , but since you can connect to the internet, you're probably fine

All of the computers that were still affected were cut off Monday at 12 AM. If you are on the net as of right now and you are not an AT&T customer, you're good to go.
AT&T set up servers to keep people online. And there really wasn't a ton of press on it. Fred sent us all the information and we tested our systems immediately.
