Meaning the states bordering TX are going to have masses of porn shops, strip clubs, etc. on the roads crossing into TX. It'll be exactly like Disneyworld and Orlando back in the 60's - a place of fantasy for those still in childhood while everyone else goes to party on the outskirts.

Anyway, how are they going to enforce 'man-woman-missionary- ONLY', anyway? Unless they quarter troops in people's homes ...
