I think public ass licking is a bad bad idea - come on, how unsanitary. There are no oral barriers (dental dams), and surely no testing for the customers - this just is not safe for anyone involved.

Well, it is Japan. I'm not saying they're the kinkiest country on the planet, but that their ways are different than ours.
My pseudo-brother spent a few years in Japan (got a wife and kids there too). He got me a gift from the Penis Festival. I saw another photo that had a giant penis fuzzed out - like how they do it on police videos, to protect identities and such. The problem was that, while the big penis was covered, there was a couple of dozen smaller penises in the shot that were clearly visible!
