Genuine Rock Mountain Oysters are awesome! I like them with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Hot sauce is nice too.

And I am from the state that holds the infamous "Testicle Festival" every fall. Never went to it--too big of a party and I would puke if I had to watch people eating bull balls.

I concur I've had them thinly sliced and fried, and then dipped in ranch - yum!

I have yet to try Rocky Mountain Oysters, but I've had plenty of chicken balls served dip-fried or cooked in Chinese Hot Pots. I've also had soups cooked with dried seal and deer testicles, their nutrition are supposed to be good for us and keep our bodies warm during the cold months. According to Chinese doctors, they're also considered as good aphrodisiacs for men.
