I haven't been a fan for many years, but when I was younger I loved her Vampire Chronicles (back when it was a trilogy). I also thought Belinda was fun to read, though it jumped the shark in under three chapters. I might read The Wolf Gift if someone I trust recommends it.

I'm with you to an extent - I even remember being really excited when The Vampire Lestat came out and thought it was fantastic - a Vampire pretending to be human pretending to be a Vampire was brilliant at the time. But then things started going downhill for me (flying?) and by the time QofD came out I'd realised that she was just doing the same thing over and over. Plus I found myself wishing that someone would hand her a thesaurus every time she used the word 'preternatural' ;. I almost found myself looking for preternatural orange juice or going for a preternatural drive to the preternatural shops.

Haven't read her for years now, although the first two Vampire Chronicles books are still dear to me mostly because they remind me of a time and place in my life.

I liked her Vampire Chronicles and the Sleeping Beauty trilogy. Lately I haven't read much of her work, I've been more inclined to read Stephen King.

I've only read the Vampire Chronicles and the Sleeping Beauty Trilogy. I loved both of those.

I love her too. My favorite novel out of all her work is Blackwood Farm.

I would have to say the the majority of the Vampire Chronicles. My favorite of course, is the first one Interview with a Vampire. Mr. Du Lac *swoon*

I think Interview is probably my favorite, followed closely by The Body Thief.
