Long distance relationships: sex dreams and/or orgasms?

Contributor: SerenityRed SerenityRed
I'm in a long distance relationship at the moment and I have had a huge increase in the number of vivid sex dreams I have and have orgasms in my sleep from them.

So let me ask everyone: In a long distance relationship, do you find yourself having more sex dreams than normal, and do you orgasm from them?

I have to admit, they're not as good as the real think but they still have me waking up with a smile!

My boy is extremely far (him being in Europe and myself in the USA). I have noticed the increase in vivid dreams. I have never had an orgasm from them, but they are still pleasing. They definitely help provide a little something until i get to see him.

I just commented the other day to my guy that I've been having TONS of sex dreams lately. He doesn't dream ever so he's always really curious, and describing them invariably leads to long-distance sexytimes.

No, I don't have more. In fact, I don't have a lot of sex dreams.

One in a blue moon I will have a very vivid sex dream that leaves me with VERY intense vaginal contractions. It's not a orgasm; it's just very pleasurable, intense contractions. I've never had anything like that while awake. The orgasms I DO have while I'm awake more than make up for it though

Well I'm not in a long distance relationship but I've notice when I'm apart from my gf or just am not orgasming as often in general I start having sex dreams and if it has been a long break I'll sometimes get a wet dream.

It's neat that other people have dreams like this because I thought I was just odd or it was just me but I love having them! I have never o'd from them but they are awesome to have and then tell my bf about later

I don't often have sex dreams anymore, but I know that I do tend to think about them a lot more and fantasize while awake.

I haven't remembered my dreams for many years and this has not changed. However, I have noticed over the past few weeks (this happens to correspond to how long we have been in our committed relationship) waking up in the middle of the night with a hardon and the last image I do remember is my SO. BTW, she lives about 2 hours away and we only get to see each other on the weekends.

When I was in college, I rarely dreamed about my girlfriend - now my wife. Then, again, I almost never dream anyway so I'm not a good judge.
